MSOC will match adult volunteers to be mentors to individual young men. Mentor matches can meet weekly at the facility with their mentee for a one-on-one activity or have off-site outings.

Mentors and members engage in a variety of activities in group settings, such as playing games and sports, doing homework and art projects, sharing general life experiences as well as field trips with other mentors/mentees.
